Hidden Lake is tucked away just off the Skilak Loop Road. It offers many amenities, including an RV dump site and a boat ramp.

Amenities

NOTES: Bear-proof dumpsters are available for trash disposal. There are no RV hookups, though there is a dump station with a water hose for rinsing the tank. The campground offers drinking water through several hand-pump wells, however in most Alaska campgrounds, it is recommended that water be filtered, boiled or otherwise treated before drinking. There's an amphitheater, as well as two covered picnic areas along the lakeshore, with wood or charcoal barbecues (bring your own wood or briquettes). Hidden Lake Campground does not offer showers.

Fishing

Hidden Lake offers fishing for several species, and is popular in both summer and winter, with ice fishing for larger lake trout.
