This part of Alaska offers a wide selection of pristine rivers for floaters, nearly all of which offer great prospects for float hunting or float fishing trips. Our comfortable lodge provides a welcome haven when the weather is down, or for regrouping before or after your trip.
About Our Company
Aniak Air Guides is a licensed transporter and guide service owned and operated by Alaska bush pilot and guide Rob Kinkade. Rob has logged literally thousands of hours of bush flying, spanning several decades in Alaska. He’s a safe, stable pilot that can provide you with an extraordinary experience you will treasure for a lifetime. Your personal safety, and a commitment to provide the highest quality experience possible are two of our core values.
About Our Trips
We offer same day fly-out, fly-back fishing trips based out of our comfortable lodge, along with self-guided float fishing or float hunting trips on many outstanding local rivers and lakes. We also offer drop-camp hunting in many locations. Most of our hunting areas offer chances at moose, brown / grizzly bear, black bear, and a possibility of caribou in some cases. We can completely outfit you with camping and rafting gear, or you can provide your own. If you use our equipment, all you'll need to bring are your rods and tackle, guns and ammunition, personal gear and food. We'll coach you on what you should bring for your trip.
